| | Today is the day of reckoning for our old friend Andrew. Today he pays for all of his shortcomings and failures throughout the semester: why has he yet again waited until the last minute to finish his work? why has he become so cynical? why is he out of energy? why is he so disconnected from his home, from his friends, and from the goals he has set for himself? why in the world hasn't he learned a few lessons by this point?!
What will come of ol' AC? Well, in four days he'll be home, and perhaps the respite will rejuvenate him; he is sure that being there will give him a fresh perspective to face the coming days. In the meantime, we all wish him a hearty Godspeed. |
